Introducing the new Study Skills service

Starting from March 20th a new Study Skills service will launch as part of Bristol Futures, helping you to be as successful as possible. To start with there will be online resources on Revision skills, Preparing for exams and Using feedback for success. These will be followed up in late April with resources on Wellbeing around exams and How to approach exam papers. The whole service goes live on March 20th at www.bristol.ac.uk/studyskills. The resources, tutorials and workshops are for students on any course, at any level of study. Everybody is welcome.

The Workshops on Exams and Revision techniques start on Tuesday March 21st, and will be in Room 5.12, Richmond Building, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-2 pm. There’s no booking required, just turn up. Each workshop is a one off, stand-alone event, not a course, so you can come to any workshop. The workshops run until May 11th, (not during the Easter break).

The 1-1 drop-in tutorials start on March 22nd, and are on Wednesdays and Fridays at 1 pm in the Pod, in Beacon House. There’s no need to book, just turn up. The tutorials run until May 26th, (not during the Easter break).

There will also be some revision techniques workshops held in halls in April, more details will be published on social media and our webpage.

All the details will be available on www.bristol.ac.uk/studyskills from March 20th
